We Offer 2 Types of Classes:
Drop-In & Advance Registration: Roster

Drop-In Group Fitness:

These classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your overall fitness.

Reserve up to 30-minutes prior to class start time.
No registration deadlines and space is limited.

Roster Activity Policies:

Must register in advance. Registration deadline is 5 days before the start of class. Late registrations will be accepted with a $10 surcharge.

SILVER-MEMBERS:

Many of our classes are FREE. Select classes are $3.00.


NON-MEMBERS:

Fitness & Aquatic classes are $8.50 per class

may be canceled at our discretion. Refunds or transfers
may be made at Control Desk.

EASY GOING
Ages: 13+, FREE / FREE / $8.50

Perfect for anyone who suffers from achy bodies! A gentle activity in the water to help gain strength and flexibility with guidance of an instructor. No extra strain on joints and muscles while enjoying decreased pain & stiffness.

 

KROC-LOGIX
Ages 13+, FREE / $3.00 / $8.50

A high intensity low impact combination of water aerobics, pilates, yoga, dance, mixed martial arts into one full body blast that creates the highest level of water fitness imaginable. The AquaLogix bells and blades will transform this water workout into a rejuvenating experience no matter your age or what shape you are in. “All Gain No Pain” aquatic fitness class!

UP STREAM
Ages 13+, FREE / FREE / $8.50

Join an instructor on a resistance walk and jog through the Current River. A fun way to enjoy the current and work your joints, muscles and improve cardio.

 

RIVER X-STREAM
Ages 13+, FREE / $3.00 / $8.50

You will build lean muscle and lose body fat with our non-stop workout to get you working harder than ever. Swimming skills combined with strength & endurance training will put your body to the test. HIGH INTENSITY pace will be kept.

 

KROC KOMBO
Ages 13+, FREE / FREE / $8.50

A high-intensity combination of all of our aqua fitness classes. It's a great mix of moves for a workout that combines cardio, flexibility and strength training. Various equipment provided.

Roster Group Fitness Classes

YOGA

Ages 12 yrs+, Capacity: 20

 

 

 

 

This type of yoga class will concentrate on physical health and mental well-being. The class focus will be on correct alignment and breathing techniques combined with strength and flexibility exercises in order to increase circulation, improve balance, reduce blood pressure, reduce stress, and relieve joint pain. No yoga experience necessary - all levels welcome.

POUND®

Ages 12 yrs+, Capacity: 15

 

 

 

 

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Through continual upper body motion using lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix(TM), you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by.

SENIOR GENTLE YOGA

Ages 50 yrs+, Capacity: 20

 

 

 

 

Yoga has been shown to help alleviate or reduce many health challenges, making it an increasingly popular exercise choice for the older adult population. This gentle yoga class has been designed specifically for older adults and will include light stretching, balance and strength exercises, and easy to follow yoga sequences.
