It's Challenge Time!
KROC FIT CHALLENGE 150
Members only, ages 13+ | $10 per person
Walk, run, bike, or swim your way to cardiovascular fitness using any of The Kroc Center cardio equipment, indoor track, or pool! The goal is for participants to accumulate at least 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise each week, totaling 600 minutes for the entire month.
Register at the Welcome Desk by Friday, May 31.
All finishers receive a prize!
