The Special Events Department can provide a number of services to assist you with the planning and production of the perfect birthday party. For all party or rental inquiries, please call Naomi Huber at 217-231-5636.
The Aquatic Center, complete with a current river, big red water slide, play water structures and a whirl pool, is perfect for swimmers of all ages. Even the adults will enjoy swimming or lounging poolside.
Parties are available on weekdays and weekends and last a total of 2 hours. All pool parties are held during open public swim time.

• Sundays: 1:00pm
• Mondays through Fridays also available

> To book a party, please fill-out and return a Party Request Form.
> Two week notice is required to book parties and order food. Food count cannot be altered on the day of event. Charges for additional swimmers/climbers will be collected at time of party.
> Full payment is required at the time of booking.

> You will have access to your room for set-up approximately 30 minutes prior to party start time. Birthday parties are 2 hours long.
> We provide the tables & chairs, party materials and decorations. Sandbar A has a refrigerator, sink and counter space, whereas Sandbar B does not. Additional party favors and decorations available for purchase. You are welcome to provide any cake, ice cream, snack & treats for your party. Beverages should be non-alcoholic and soda is preferred to be Pepsi products. Kroc Catering is happy to help with all other food needs.
> Party rooms will be cleaned by our event staff. Tacking decorations on the walls or windows is not permitted. Please no glitter or confetti. Only pull-string pinatas are permitted.
> An event attendant will be available to assist you with needs you may have during the party, including room set-up and take down, check-in and check-out.
> If your dates are not available, we will refund your money.
> All non-members attending a party must have a completed facility usage waiver that is signed by a legal guardian. Facility Usage Waivers are available HERE or at the Welcome Desk.
> You must be 48 inches tall to go down the Big Red Slide.
