The Kroc Center Invites the Community to Learn to Play Pickleball
The Kroc Center will host drop-in pickleball on Thursdays through March 10. Participants will learn how to play pickleball, in addition to scrimmaging other participants during the lesson. Both beginners and experienced players are welcome.
Drop-in pickleball is free to Kroc Center members and $8.50 for non-members per session. All equipment will be provided. Lessons will take place every Thursday, February 2-March 10 from 10am to 11:30 am. The class will be instructed by Kristy Stegeman, recreational sports specialist at The Kroc Center.
“Many people don’t realize that pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in America,” stated Kristy Stegeman. “Drop-in pickleball at The Kroc Center is a great way to learn the fundamentals of the sport as well as play with other participants in an instructional setting. We look forward to seeing the public at these events.”
