Our cardio area and weight room is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, functional fitness, personal training and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout.

12 Days of FitMas Challenge

START OUT THE HOLIDAYS HEALTHY + FIT!

Complete the exercise challenge each day and be eligible to win prizes. Exercises include planks, push-ups, dips, pull ups, jumping jacks, squats, and MORE!

Fill out the slip located at the FGA podium and have the FGA initial it upon completion of the exercise. Exercises must be completed in the facility.

Kroc Fit Challenge

Starts February 1, 2023.

$10 per person | Members only, ages 13+

The Kroc Fit Challenge is a great way to help you stay accountable to your new year’s goals! Use a treadmill, elliptical, our indoor track, or a combo of all three to walk or run your marathon in 28 days.

All finishers receive a prize!

Marathon
26.2 miles – Run/Walk

Ultra-Marathon
50 miles – Walk/Run

Free weight area with benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, and more
Cardio equipment includes treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, steppers, and more
Indoor track (12 laps = 1 mile)
Two court gymnasium hosts basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and free play.
Water in Motion, Zumba, and Les Mills classes offer a variety of options
Cardio Room has treadmills, weight machines, and workout equipment.

  • Precor Plate Loaded Angled Leg Press
  • Precor Flat Benches (2) 
  • Precor Selectorized Leg Curl (2) 
  • Precor Selectorized Bicep Curl

FREE Equipment Orientation – No appointment necessary!

Fitness equipment can be intimidating. How do you use it? What muscle groups does it work? We’re here to help you answer those questions with our free equipment orientations, which will teach you the basics of how to use our equipment. Simply ask a Kroc Center fitness and gym attendant.
