At The Kroc Center we offer a wide variety of traditional land and aquatic group  fitness classes. In addition, we are the only facility in the area to offer Les Mills Virtual and On Demand classes (in addition to live Les Mills classes). Our Youth in Fitness and our Kroc Fit Kids initiatives are wonderful options for parents looking for active options for their children.

 

The Kroc Center offers personal training services with certified professionals to enhance your fitness level through education, support, and one-on-one or small group attention.

TYPES OF DROP-IN GROUP
FITNESS CLASSES
Aquatic & Land (Virtual/On Demand)

All of our fitness classes, no matter if aquatic or land-based, are 'drop-in' classes/do not require pre-registration.
Participants are required to check-in at the Welcome Desk prior to attending a fitness class.
Check-in up to 30-minutes prior to class start time. Space is limited.

Each day, numerous aquatic and land-based fitness classes are offered for all fitness levels and abilities. To see what classes are happening today, view the calendar below or view a current monthly Class Schedule.

STEP IT UP

Gold: FREE, Silver: $3 , Non-Member $8.50

Step up to the challenge of improving your cardiovascular fitness! This cardio class combines easy-to-follow step sequences using a traditional step platform with upbeat music for a fun, heart-pumping workout. Participants choose the height of their step, so all fitness levels and abilities are welcome to attend.

 

Low-Impact FITNESS
(Formerly Low-Impact Cardio & Butts & Guts)  

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

This class combines low-impact, easy-to-follow cardio exercises designed to increase your heart rate and exercises focusing on strengthening your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and inner/outer thighs, as well as your abdominals and obliques. These low-impact exercises are designed to not hurt your joints. Great for all fitness levels.

 

Kroc H.I.I.T.  

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

This quick, 30-minute class combines strength and cardio in a series of high intensity intervals to get a total body workout in a short amount of time.

 

Kroc Cycling

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

This high-energy cardio workout is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. New students please come early for assistance with proper bike set up.

 

Kroc Dance Fitness

Gold: Free, Silver: Class fees vary, Non: $8.50

Work on your dance moves and your fitness in this cardio-inspired dance class. This class combines easy-to-follow moves with a variety of music so you’ll never get bored. No dance experience necessary.

 

Fit 4 Life

Gold: Free, Silver: Free, Non-Member: $8.50

The low-impact cardiovascular and weight training included in this class are sure to help you increase your strength, balance and coordination.

 

ZUMBA®

Gold: Free, Silver: $3, Non-Member: $8.50

Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of dance styles with music alternating between fast and slow rhythms for a cardiovascular workout that is both fun and easy to follow. No dance experience necessary.

 

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai.

 

LES MILLS BODYFLOW™

An athletic blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

Perfect for anyone who deals with achy bodies! A gentle activity in the water to help gain strength and flexibility with guidance of an instructor. No extra strain on joints and muscles while enjoying decreased pain & stiffness.

 

AQUA FIT

A shallow water exercise class with easy to follow exercises designed to increase cardiovascular health and build strength.

 

AQUA BLAST
Gold: FREE, Silver: FREE, Non-Member: $8.50

A high energy water fitness class with alternating cardio and resistance exercises to increase strength and stamina.

 

WATER IN MOTION
Gold: FREE, Silver: $3, Non-Member: $8.50

This pre-choreographed class is an exciting workout that combines cardio training with muscle toning in the water. You’ll receive the benefit of a high energy, calorie burning workout without the pull that gravity plays on the body. .

Our pool's lap lanes,  Aqua Fitness classes, and general swimming, and swim lessons
are available.
Venues do have capacity limits.

Les Mills Virtual workouts are played with the instructor up close and personal on the big screen.

LES MILLS SH’BAM™ 30 & 45 minute options

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout, SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

 

LES MILLS GRIT™ 30 minute options

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Available in GRIT Cardio, GRIT Strength, and GRIT Athletic.

 

LES MILLS RPM™ 30 & 50 minute options

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

With Rent-2B-Fit, we give you the chance to rent an instructor for a private group fitness class on the date and time of your choice. Workout alongside friends, co-workers, or relatives. Class dates and times are dependent upon instructor availability. Class fees/size vary. Class location is dependent upon equipment used.
