HEALTHY AGING MONTHLY SEMINARS
Join us in The Kroc Center’s Meadows C room the fourth* Wednesday of each month at 10am for our monthly Healthy Aging Seminars. These monthly community enrichment programs are free-to-attend and are open to anyone, of any age, in the community.
*See attached schedule for actual dates. Some months may vary due to holidays or other scheduling.
HEALTHY AGING SERIES
Our 12-week Healthy Aging Series is offered to anyone in the Quincy area age 62+. The weekly sessions will educate participants about healthy eating, exercise, and general health. A body composition analysis will be performed at the beginning and conclusion of each 8 week session.
Each 90-minute session will include devotion and prayer, a lesson, exercise, and a healthy snack.
Sessions are available on Tuesday and Thursday. Each participant must choose either the Tuesday or Thursday session.
Limited to 10 participants per session.
Participants do not need to be members of The Kroc Center.
