With college students and high schoolers back in school, The Kroc Center is officially hiring more lifeguards! Lifeguarding is an essential part of our Aquatics department. Traditionally, this position is filled by high schoolers and college students, but adults and retirees are encouraged to consider this very rewarding career.
The Kroc Center’s Christian atmosphere and fun work environment are just two great reasons to join The Kroc Crew. Flexible hours and Kroc membership are two other benefits our team members enjoy.
We asked our current lifeguards what makes their job so great. The answers were so good we have to share a few with you!
“May favorite part? All of the smiles.”
– Gaven | Lifeguard
“We have great management.”
– Sylvia | Lifeguard
“It’s like a big family here.”
– Shelby | Lifeguard
