Ryan has worked with a man who weighed 600 pounds when he started, and together as a team Ryan helped him to lose 250 pounds in their first year together. He has trained professional athletes, college athletes, and high school athletes also. He has worked with a variety of clients, from women trying to lose weight and get in shape, to a number of guys looking to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. Ryan is able and excited to work with anyone who is willing to be coached and motivated into wellness. Personal Trainer (2019)
In addition to having earned her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal training certification, Kim is also in the process of attaining her NASM certification in food and nutrition.
She has always been passionate about health and wellness, but became even more interested and dove deeper into her own fitness practice in recent years.
In the beginning, health and wellness and exercising were simply a hobby for this 30-something mom of three, but now it's a way of life. Kim believes, “The journey of reconditioning and tailoring our bodies to be at its best on both a physical and nutritional level is not only gratifying, but it's also very personal.” She truly enjoys all the phases and levels of fitness training, but core training and strength training are what captivate her the most.
When asked what her motto is she stated, "Put your heart, mind, and soul into it, and your body will follow."
